    Now available at auction from Second Vintage A classic 1970s Seamaster presenting a distinctive faceted case design. This standard production model from the era offers a unique vintage aesthetic through its square geometry, vertically brushed dial, and matching multi-link beads-of-rice bracelet. Timegrapher: -10s-12s/day, performing remarkably well. Dial and Hands The dial features a well-preserved vertically brushed silver-tone finish, accented by applied square indices with black inserts and an applied Omega logo. A date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. Minor spotting and debris are visible near the lower edge, particularly around the 7 and 8 o'clock positions, alongside minor edge wear. The original baton-style hands feature black central stripes and show light age-related wear, with minor surface oxidation and dust visible under magnification. Case and Crystal The square gold-tone case is defined by its faceted lugs and integrated bezel design. It is heavily patinated, displaying significant tarnish, oxidation, and plating wear, especially along the edges and lugs. Surface scratches and minor dings are present throughout the case. The crown is signed with the Omega logo and shows tarnish and plating wear consistent with the rest of the case. The stainless steel caseback features a prominent central Seamaster seahorse medallion surrounded by a dark, faceted border. The flat crystal appears generally clear, though minor surface scratches are visible under certain lighting angles. Movement The watch is powered by an automatic movement.
