Remarks This 1971 Seamaster stands out for its pristine silver sunburst dial and the reliable performance of its Caliber 565 movement. The classic C-shape case geometry provides a strong wrist presence, making this a highly appealing and honest vintage timepiece for any collection. History The Omega Seamaster line has long been celebrated for its robust construction and elegant design. By the early 1970s, Omega had embraced the C-shape case, a design that offered a more substantial and integrated look on the wrist. The Caliber 565 is highly regarded by collectors for its durability and the convenient addition of a quickset date mechanism, representing a high point in Omega's mid-century automatic movement production.
