The stainless steel case retains its original geometry, featuring an integrated lug design with brushed top surfaces and polished flanks. It shows honest vintage wear, with moderate scratches and minor dings consistent with age and use. The edges remain reasonably defined despite signs of normal wear. A distinctive fluted bezel frames the dial, displaying some softening of its edges and light scratches throughout. The signed Omega crown shows moderate handling wear on its knurling. The flat crystal remains clear with minor surface wear and no major deep scratches.

History
The Constellation line has represented the pinnacle of Omega chronometer testing and luxury finishing since its introduction in 1952. By the late 1960s and early 1970s, the collection embraced robust automatic calibers and architectural case designs, moving toward bold, integrated aesthetics. The Caliber 751 provided reliable day-date functionality alongside rigorous chronometer certification, perfectly suiting the evolving tastes of the era. This model reflects a distinctive period in Swiss watchmaking, offering a substantial presence while retaining the precision that defined the Constellation family.
