History
The Omega De Ville line emerged as a standalone collection in the late 1960s, previously having been a subset of the Seamaster family. It was designed to offer a more refined, dress-oriented aesthetic compared to Omega's robust sports models. During the 1970s, the collection embraced varied case geometries, including the elegant cushion shape seen here. The caliber 625 is a respected manual-wind movement from this period, known for its slim profile and reliable operation, making it an ideal engine for classic dress proportions.
