Minor oxidation and spotting are visible on the metal surfaces under magnification, adding honest vintage character to the watch.
Case and Crystal
The stainless steel case showcases a distinctive 1970s square cushion shape, defined by a brushed top and polished sides. It exhibits honest wear, with scratches and minor dings present on the integrated bezel area and case edges, representing normal use consistent with its age. The signed Omega crown shows light wear to its knurling but remains clearly defined. A flat acrylic crystal protects the dial, showing minor surface scratches visible at certain angles while maintaining clear visibility.
Movement
Inside the case beats the Omega Caliber 1010 automatic movement, featuring the copper-colored plating characteristic of Omega calibers from this era. The movement presents a generally clean appearance with minor signs of handling and age, and clearly displays its Omega signature alongside the 1010 and 38143370 engravings. The timegrapher records +40+46s/day. Running in operational condition. Maintains the authentic mechanical character of the watch.

By the 1970s, the Genève collection had evolved to capture the dynamic design language of the era, incorporating distinct case geometries and reliable movements like the Caliber 1010. These models provided a perfect balance of Omega's renowned mechanical capability and the bold aesthetic shifts of 1970s watchmaking.
