Original and matching black stick hands sweep across the dial, showing only minor surface oxidation and wear visible under magnification.

The cushion-shaped gold-plated case presents honest vintage wear, displaying moderate surface scratches and handling marks consistent with age. Some wear to the gold plating is visible on the lug edges and case flanks, while the integrated bezel shows similar light scratches. A distinctive, unsigned black cabochon crown completes the case profile, showing some wear to the gold-tone finish on its fluting. The flat acrylic crystal remains clear with minor superficial scratches and no deep cracks or chips.

Inside beats the copper-colored Omega automatic caliber 684, proudly bearing the OMEGA WATCH Co, SWISS, 35364037, and Ω engravings. The movement maintains a generally clean appearance, with some minor spotting and tarnish on the rotor and plates, alongside minor wear on the screw heads. Timegrapher results show +10+16s/day. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece. The movement was serviced on 24 May 2026.

History
The Omega De Ville line originated in 1960 as part of the Seamaster collection before becoming a standalone family in 1967. Designed to offer a more elegant and dress-oriented alternative to the robust sports models, the De Ville quickly became known for its sophisticated case shapes and varied dial textures. Throughout the 1970s, the collection embraced distinct geometric forms, cementing its reputation as a stylish and versatile dress watch.
