History
The Omega Dynamic line was introduced in 1968 and was conceived by designer Raymond Thévenaz as a deliberate departure from traditional watchmaking norms. The watch features an elliptical case specifically designed to follow the natural anatomy of the wrist, a concept Omega referred to as ergonomic design. The Dynamic line was highly successful commercially, becoming one of Omega's best-selling lines by appealing to a younger, fashion-conscious demographic.
