Scratches and minor dings are present throughout the case surfaces. The caseback shows some scratches but remains generally intact. A signed gold-tone Omega crown is fitted and shows some wear to the plating. A domed acrylic crystal protects the dial, displaying some minor surface scratches visible under certain lighting.
