The 34 mm gold-tone case is heavily patinated, showing heavy tarnish and oxidation across the flanks, lugs, and integrated bezel. Signs of plating wear are visible on the edges of the case. The caseback displays scratches and general wear, alongside the hand-engraved initials 'W & K' which add a unique personalized touch to the watch. The original gold-tone crown is signed with the Omega logo, showing some wear while the logo remains crisp.
