History
The Omega De Ville line emerged as a standalone collection in 1967, separating from the Seamaster family to represent the brand's more refined, elegant aesthetic. During the 1970s, Omega experimented with bold case geometries, including the distinctive tonneau shape, which reflected the design language of the era. The De Ville remains highly regarded by collectors for its elegant dial designs and reliable mechanical performance.
