Crisp black printed text and a matching minute track provide excellent contrast against the bright background, with no visible spotting or damage to detract from the elegant aesthetic. The time is indicated by black stick hands, which remain in excellent condition and show no visible oxidation or paint loss.
Case and Crystal
The gold-plated case displays honest wear consistent with its age and history of use, including visible tarnish and plating wear on the lugs, alongside surface scratches and handling marks present throughout the profile. The integrated smooth bezel shows light scratches and minor wear that complement the vintage character of the watch. It is fitted with a gold-tone crown, which is signed with the Omega logo and features well-defined knurling for easy winding. The dial is protected by a domed acrylic crystal, which exhibits light surface scratches visible at certain angles. A stainless steel caseback secures the reverse side of the timepiece.
Movement
Inside the case beats the Omega caliber 625, a 17-jewel manual-winding movement. The caliber features Omega's signature copper-colored plating, which remains beautifully clean with no visible corrosion or damage, while the screw heads are in good condition. The movement bridges are clearly engraved with the Omega Watch Co signature, the caliber number, and the serial number matching the watch's production year. The timegrapher recorded a rate of +9+11s/day. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece.
Strap
The watch is fitted with a black leather strap featuring contrast stitching, providing a classic pairing for the gold-plated case. It is secured by a gold-tone pin buckle that is signed with the Omega logo.

The gold-plated case and smooth bezel show honest age-related wear, including surface scratches, handling marks, and visible tarnish with plating wear on the lugs. The domed acrylic crystal bears light surface scratches visible at certain angles. The manual-winding movement is wonderfully clean and, supported by the recorded timegrapher result, is performing very strongly.
