History Omega has a long and respected tradition of creating elegant ladies' timepieces that maintain the brand's high standards for mechanical quality. During the 1960s, Omega frequently incorporated creative aesthetic touches, such as faceted crystals and refined dials, while utilizing robust, miniaturized manual wind calibers like the 483. These watches provided reliable timekeeping in beautifully proportioned cases, reflecting the era's dedication to both elegant form and precise function.
