History
The Omega De Ville line emerged in the 1960s as a sophisticated dress watch collection, eventually separating from the Seamaster family to become its own standalone pillar of the brand. Designed with elegance and urbanity in mind, De Ville models focused on slim profiles and refined aesthetics rather than sporting capabilities. The caliber 625 is a well-regarded manual wind movement from Omega's vintage era, known for its compact size and reliable timekeeping, making it a fitting and highly capable engine for their classic dress timepieces.
