Case and Crystal
The distinctive 1970s tonneau-shaped case features brushed upper surfaces contrasting with polished flanks. Displaying honest vintage wear, the case shows moderate scratches and scuffs visible throughout, consistent with age and use. The edges are slightly softened from previous wear or light polishing. The integrated case design flows seamlessly without a distinct bezel. Signed with the Rado anchor logo, the crown shows light surface wear consistent with the case. The domed acrylic crystal exhibits light surface scratches and scuffs visible in reflections.
Movement
Inside the case sits an ETA 2824 base automatic movement, equipped with a rotor signed by Rado. The caliber bears crisp engravings reading RADO, 25 JEWELS, 2824, and 302. Visible tarnishing, surface scratches, and wear are present on the rotor and movement plates. Timegrapher: 27s+30s/day. Performing well within expected vintage tolerances; running strong and steady.
