The watch presents a very clean and attractive silver dial featuring a well-preserved sunburst finish. Applied faceted indices mark the hours and remain clean, framing the signature Rado rotating anchor logo which is present and fully functional. A distinctive red date numeral sits neatly at the three o'clock position. The gold-tone dauphine hands show moderate age-related oxidation and spotting on their surfaces, adding honest vintage character to the overall display.
Case and Crystal
The 36 mm gold-tone case features a smooth integrated bezel and exhibits wear consistent with age. There are visible scratches and handling marks throughout the exterior, with plating wear and some verdigris present on the underside of the lugs. The knurled edges of the signed crown also display visible plating wear, while the prominent Rado anchor logo remains clear on its face. The reverse features a caseback showing typical wear alongside clear seahorse and patent engravings. A domed acrylic crystal protects the dial, displaying light surface scratches visible under certain lighting angles.
Movement
Inside beats the automatic caliber 2783, featuring 25 jewels and a rotor signed by Rado. The movement maintains a generally clean appearance with some light surface marks present on the rotor, while the ETA shield and caliber number remain clearly visible beneath the balance wheel. The timegrapher recorded a rate of -9-12s/day. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece.
Strap
The watch is fitted with a black leather strap featuring contrasting yellow stitching, secured by a generic gold-tone buckle. The strap is in good, wearable condition.

Good vintage condition. The silver sunburst dial is exceptionally well-preserved, while the gold-tone hands show moderate oxidation. The gold-tone case displays visible scratches, handling marks, and notable plating wear, particularly on the underside of the lugs where some verdigris is present. The caseback seahorse engravings remain clear. Supported by the recorded timegrapher result, the movement is performing very strongly.
