History
Introduced in the mid-1960s and flourishing through the 1970s, the Rado Manhattan is celebrated by collectors for its unapologetically bold, oversized square case. During this era, Rado pushed the boundaries of traditional watch design, experimenting heavily with unusual geometries and distinctive dial textures. The Manhattan reflects this forward-thinking design language, remaining a recognizable and highly collectible model among vintage enthusiasts who appreciate striking, unconventional aesthetics.
