This classic 1969 Omega Genève presents a highly attractive silver sunburst dial housed in a well-preserved stainless steel case with remarkably sharp edges. Driven by the respected Omega Caliber 552 automatic movement, it offers a clean and highly legible design that defines late 1960s watchmaking.

Dial and Hands
The clean and attractive silver sunburst dial is exceptionally well preserved. Its applied indices feature black inserts that remain fully intact, perfectly complementing the crisp and legible printed text. The lume plots at the base of the indices show consistent, warm aging. The original baton hands mirror the indices with matching black inserts and carry luminous material that perfectly matches the dial plots, displaying only light oxidation visible under magnification.
Case and Crystal
The 34 mm stainless steel case is well preserved, retaining strong original geometry. The brushed finish on the top of the case and lugs remains clearly defined, while the polished sides display only light handling marks. The edges remain sharp and distinct. The caseback shows light surface scratches but retains its clear factory engraving. The domed acrylic crystal exhibits light surface scratches with no major cracks or chips visible. Winding and setting are controlled by an Omega signed crown with well-defined knurling.
Movement
Inside beats the copper-colored Omega Caliber 552 automatic movement, featuring 24 jewels. The caliber is clean, showing no obvious signs of corrosion or damage, and the rotor and bridges display their original finishing. The movement is clearly engraved with the Omega Watch Co Swiss signature, jewel count, and matching serial number. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece. The movement was serviced on 23 September 2026.
Strap
The watch is fitted with a used black leather strap featuring contrasting stitching. The material shows expected signs of wear and creasing from previous use.

The case retains sharp edges and a strong brushed finish, showing only light handling marks on the polished flanks and light scratches on the caseback. The silver sunburst dial is highly attractive and clean, with consistently aged luminous plots and matching hands that show light oxidation. The acrylic crystal has light surface scratches, and the leather strap shows normal wear and creasing.
