Dial and Hands The watch presents a stunning grey/brown sunburst dial that catches the light beautifully, remaining exceptionally clean with no visible spotting or damage. It features applied faceted baton indices alongside the applied Seiko and LM logos, creating excellent depth. The polished baton hands, detailed with central white stripes, are well-preserved with a clean finish and no visible oxidation or corrosion, perfectly matching the dial markers. A framed day and date aperture rests at three o'clock, displaying the desirable English and Kanji day wheel. Case and Crystal The stainless steel case displays honest wear consistent with its age, featuring brushed top surfaces that transition into polished flanks. There are moderate scratches and handling marks visible throughout, along with some minor dings on the lug edges. The polished smooth bezel shows light wear and moderate surface scratches. An unsigned knurled crown sits flush against the right side of the case. The flat crystal is generally clear, though it exhibits some minor surface scratches visible under certain lighting angles. Movement Inside beats the Seiko caliber 5606A, a 23-jewel automatic movement. The caliber presents a clean overall appearance with no obvious signs of heavy corrosion or damage, displaying only minor surface wear visible on the rotor.
