The dauphine hands also feature black onyx inserts and show visible oxidation and spotting on the metal surfaces, presenting as original hands with age-consistent wear.

The solid 18K gold case features iconic dog-leg lugs and a smooth bezel integrated into the case design. Moderate scratches and handling marks are present throughout the case flanks, lugs, and bezel, representing honest wear with strong preserved geometry. The caseback displays a crisp observatory medallion with all stars clearly visible, alongside clear 18K 0.750 hallmarks stamped inside. The watch is fitted with a scalloped decagonal crown, clearly signed with the Omega logo. A domed acrylic crystal protects the dial, showing light surface scratches and scuffs visible under direct light.
