The polished stainless steel case displays honest wear consistent with age, exhibiting light scratches and handling marks throughout, though no major dents or deep gouges are observed. The thin, polished integrated bezel shows light scratches consistent with the case. The watch is fitted with an Omega-signed crown that bears visible surface scratches and wear on its knurling. Above the dial, a domed acrylic crystal displays light surface scratches, particularly near the edges.

Powering the watch is the manual-wind Omega Caliber 601. The movement displays well-preserved copper-colored plating and a clean overall appearance, with minor marks noted on some screw heads. Exhibiting remarkable accuracy and consistency, performing brilliantly for a vintage timepiece.
