    Now available at auction from Second Vintage A beautifully preserved ladies' Constellation chronometer from the 1960s, this timepiece distinguishes itself through its exceptionally clean silver dial and chronometer-certified automatic Caliber 672. Housed within a classic stainless steel C-shape case, finding an example with such a pristine vertically brushed finish and a crisp observatory medallion is a delight for admirers of mid-century design. Timegrapher: -15-17s/day, performing remarkably well. Dial and Hands The exceptionally clean and well-preserved silver dial features a striking vertical brushed finish. Applied faceted indices with black inserts provide excellent contrast and legibility, complemented by the applied Omega logo and the signature Constellation star at the bottom. The surface remains beautifully pristine, showing no visible spotting, staining, or damage. The matching stick hands feature black inserts and maintain a clean finish with no visible oxidation or corrosion, perfectly aligning with the dial's remarkable preservation. Case and Crystal The stainless steel C-shape case presents in honest vintage condition with well-preserved geometry. The finish transitions beautifully between brushed upper surfaces and polished flanks, displaying only light surface scratches consistent with age and normal wear.
