Dial and Hands
The silver sunburst dial is presented in highly preserved condition, remaining exceptionally clean with minimal signs of aging or spotting. Applied baton indices feature black inserts that coordinate perfectly with the matching inserts on the Dauphine style hands. An applied Omega logo and Constellation star sit proudly on the dial, while a framed date window is positioned at 3 o'clock. A sweep center seconds hand completes the display. Under magnification, the hands show light oxidation and minor dust visible, remaining a well-preserved matching handset consistent with age.
Case and Crystal
Crafted from stainless steel, this classic C-shape case design features brushed top surfaces contrasting beautifully with polished flanks. The case shows moderate surface scratches and handling marks consistent with age and use, maintaining its honest wear. An integrated brushed bezel frames the domed acrylic crystal, which is clear with no major scratches, crazing, or cracks visible. The scalloped style crown is clearly signed with the Omega logo, showing moderate wear to the knurling and logo definition. The caseback features a personalized Japanese engraving around the observatory medallion reading '鐢虹敯闆呰嫳' (Machida Masahide) and '浜斿崄鍛ㄥ勾瑷樺康' (50th Anniversary Commemoration), offering a unique individual history. The central observatory medallion itself shows good detail with visible stars.

The watch is powered by the copper-colored Omega caliber 564 automatic movement, featuring 24 jewels and adjusted to five positions and temperature.
