Dial and Hands The silver sunburst dial is in exceptional condition for its age, retaining a bright and clean finish. The "Seiko Marvel" script and "Diashock 19 jewels" text are crisp and legible. The gold-tone dauphine hands are sharp, showing only very minor oxidation consistent with vintage authenticity. Case and Crystal The 35mm case is finished in 20-micron Capped Gold Plate (C.G.P.), a thicker and more durable application than standard plating, indicated by the stamping on the caseback.
