History
The 56KS series holds a unique position in Seiko history. Produced by Suwa Seikosha from 1968 to 1975, it was the only King Seiko line not manufactured by Daini Seikosha. The series is highly regarded by collectors for its sharp design language and sophisticated mechanics. This model is powered by the 5626 movement, a 25-jewel automatic caliber that operates at a high-beat frequency of 28,800 beats per hour, offering precision and a smooth sweeping seconds hand.
